We take every step to get your order sent out within 48 hours. In the rare event there is going to be an unusual delay for some reason we will get in touch with you to advise you of the delivery date, or you may opt for a refund.
Once an order is sent we will email you with details of the shipment including the tracking number. Order are shipped via Australia Post or Courier.
Returns & Exchanges:
If an item is not what you expected, the wrong colour or size or you've simply changed your mind it can be returned for an exchange less shipping cost.
Please note that an item will only be accepted for exchange or refund under the following conditions:
• The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with packaging intact and the original labels attached.
• A copy of a valid receipt is included with the return.
• The item is returned within 10 days of the receipt date.
How to make a return for exchange:
1. Check that you meet all the conditions above.
2. Contact Melrose for a returns confirmation number on 0419411957.
3. Choose the new item/s, which you would like to exchange for and they will be held until we receive your returns.
4. Return the item/s to be exchanged or refunded. Include the returns confirmation number on the package and include a self-addressed prepaid satchel for your new items to be returned in.

We have a NO RETURN ON SALE ITEM policy.
Faulty and damaged items are subject to the same conditions as returns and exchanges. If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order. You will be required to follow the same steps as with Returns.
